Are you prepared for the unexpected? Is your company prepared for the unexpected? The Houston Minority Supplier Development Council, Small Business Administration, and City of Houston are preparing Houston's communities and businesses for any forthcoming misfortune of a disaster. This seminar will provide you a wealth of information about how to prepare your family and your business for the unexpected conditions of a hurricane and how to recover. No matter what time of year it is, or where you run your business, it's a good idea to have a disaster preparedness plan in place. Recent disasters, such as the record-breaking flooding, serve as reminders to be proactive when it comes to building strategies to survive a disaster and recover quickly. You do not want to miss out on this opportunity to educate yourself about preparing your home and business for a disaster. Program is co-sponsored by the Alief Community Association, International Press Club of Texas, and the International Trade Center.
