We wish to congratulate long-time TCH member, Excargo Services, on their recent 2013 Outstanding Corporate Citizen Award. This award was presented by the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce.

The Outstanding Corporate Citizen award is presented annually to an individual, company, or organization that has contributed significantly to employment, capital investment or other activities beyond normal business operation.
