Passing of TCH Member Karl Heckler
It is with great sadness we report the passing of long time TCH member, Karl Heckler of Goal Post Advertising. He was actively involved in TCH and chaired the Welfare Committee.
Karl’s service will take place at Houston National Veterans Cemetery on January 28 at 10:30am. More information will be posted on the TCH website when it becomes available.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Karl’s family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Event Volunteers Needed!
We are currently in need of TCH Member volunteers for the following positions:
Greeter (Membership Committee)
?The primary function of a Greeter is often the first contact a new member/non-member has with TCH and hence, essentially is the face of TCH. The Greeter will greet members and direct them to the registration table.
Commitment Time:
1 – 3 hours a month
Registration Table (Membership Committee)
The primary function of a Registration Table volunteer is to make each member – old and new – get through the registration process smoothly and efficiently.
- Will arrive 15 minutes prior to event to help set up table and badges.
- Will identify a New Member or Guest and direct to Table Hosts.
Commitment Time:
1-3 hours a month
Table Host (Membership Committee)
?The primary function of a Table Host is helping our members and attendees feel welcome while attending our monthly luncheon.
- The Table Host will engage the table guests with introductions and direct the conversation around the topic of the program. (if applicable)
- If there is a new member or guest at the table be sure to answer any questions they have regarding TCH and make them feel welcome.
Commitment Time:
1-2 hours a month
